This page explains what the website collects and what the office does with it. It describes the website, not the confidential information you share with a lawyer once you have been engaged.

What the site receives

If you write to the office, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, the reason you are writing and your message. Like most websites, ours also records basic visit data, such as the pages viewed and the kind of device.

What it is used for

What you send is read to answer you and to see whether the office is the right place for your question. It isn’t sold, and it isn’t used to advertise to you. Visit data helps keep the site running.

Who reads it

Your message goes to Clarice Thornwell and anyone who helps run the office. Service providers that host the site or deliver email may handle it on our behalf.

Correcting or deleting a message

You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent. Write to clarice@thornwelllawoffice.com or call the office.

If this page changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
